Booking

You have the option of booking the resort on your own through your own research and booking procedures OR through our travel agent and wedding specialist Sherryl Dabbs.


"I am here to find you the best package, answer any questions, reserve your space for the wedding and be with you from now until your safe return trip home.  I will take care of every detail for you. I can book your trip with or without airfare as desired . . .  I have created a brochure of details and pictures of the destination and the resort to answer many of your questions.  So, sit back, relax and enjoy . . . don't just dream, be there!"

Now that you've decided to join in on the fun, here's what to do next:

To book with Sherryl
  • Follow this link . . . to find our wedding 
    • or visit www.destinationweddings.com and click the "Attending a Destination Wedding?" pink icon that will quickly appear in the heading
  • Type = Hamre in the "Bride or Groom's Last Name" field
  • The "Passcode" = HAMRE
  •  From there, it will ask you to join the website by entering your email address and name
    • This is so that a personal account can be created and be reaccessed by you with any needed information
  • Once your account has been created, you will then have the ability to choose the number of nights you would like to stay at the Hard Rock Resort
    • You can click a calendar to input the day you would like to arrive 
    • You can choose your room type
    • You also have the option to add insurance 
    • Additionally, the website and our coordinator offers to help with booking airfare 
All of this information is immediately sent to our Wedding Specialist, Sherryl.  


If the room type and or dates of arrival you prefer are not available on the website - NO PROBLEM! -  send an email to Sherryl letting her know and she will make any needed adjustments to suit your needs!   
  • Once you have personalized your package, a credit card form will appear as well as a TSA form to fill in your legal name/s and birthdate/s. 
  • After the forms are completed, Sherryl will create an invoice showing payment and details then email this information to you.
